The Inventory module consists of Receiving, Production, Shipping and Transportation. Enter volume or tagged products along with associated costs to create your inventory. Add value by manufacturing, remanufacturing or cut to order processes and finish by shipping your goods to your customers. Use our work-order system to track the progress of your orders as they move through each machine center. Easily create orders or production using our intuitive inventory management screen.

Receiving

Enter received tags or volume via handhelds or touch screen or simply right click and create a receiving from the ISIS PO system.

Track your purchase costs and convert currency, unit of measure and display as straight or random length.

Shipping

Easily create shipping documents from orders, or via Handhelds, that capture signatures and load pictures.

Straightforward back-order system for partial shipments.

Production / Transfers / Kiln Runs

Consume and produce volume or tags and let the system track costs and value your outturn products based on a number of proven methods.

Kiln runs or Transfers? Keep the same tag numbers on the outturn with a click of an option.

Flexibility

ISIS offers multiple currency and units of measure to allow you to store your inventory the way you want it.

Interface ready:Along with our handhelds and touch screens, ISIS can provide interfaces to PLC and other in-mill data collection devices.

Costing

Benefit from many different costing methods including average, actual, market and standard. Let the system track labor, material and freight costs for your reporting and accounting needs.

Reporting

Produce fully customizable forms and reports (including your logo) on either pre-printed or laser generated documents.
